As you may have noticed (I was pretty subtle), I’m an avid plant lover . When not in sessions, I’m usually found in the garden with my three cute (read; chaotic) dogs.

One of the things I noticed as an adult was everyone’s fascination with perfectly manicured grass lawns. Despite them looking clean and crisp, these lawns are completely deprived of nutrients. In an act of rebellion, I have been introducing “weeds” and wildflowers to embrace the natural, sustainable, and colorful alternative to grassy lawns. This is where Wild Meadows started - there’s too many ways we can disconnect from our sense of uniqueness in the pursuit of ‘perfection’.

Embrace your wild meadow - it’s much more interesting than perfectly cut grass.

First and foremost, I value transparency and authenticity. We believe these are the building blocks to the therapeutic process - so it’s embedded in every part of Wild Meadows. Whether it’s session costs, waitlists, or treatment goals, I always strive for clear communication and openness. Therapy is a human-oriented practice, and I’ll show up as just that; a real human.

Disconnection from ourselves, others, & the world around us can be painful, lonely and uncomfortable. Through the therapeutic process, I emphasize rebuilding that lost connection. At Wild Meadows, it’s not just a focus on reducing symptoms or diving into the past, although these are often necessary, we’ll work through barriers to reconnect to a sense of aliveness - here and now.
